SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times are now back to normal. Here's the estimated shipping time for the standard Free Tracked Shipping:

US, UK, CA, AUS, DE delivery time estimate is now back to 2-3 weeks.

Other country delivery time estimate is 3-4 weeks.

 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 7 business days to produce your order and get it ready for the shipping center (see below). If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. Please expect the following times after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option:

 

PRODUCTION TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that our production time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Our items are crafted "on-demand" and it generally take 7 business days to be fully produced (printing, quality control, packaging, forwarding to logistics and sent forth to the post office). TRACKING

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country's post website or click here to track your order.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address. 

 

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
